Conditions of Trade

1. All orders must be paid for prior to despatch unless other arrangements have been made.
2. All products supplied carry the manufacturers warranty. This does not affect your statutory rights. When notifying a claim for faulty products, the original invoice number must be quoted.
3. All products offered subject to availability. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. All part numbers, illustrations and photographs used on our website are intended for reference / identification purposes only, and are not necessarily an exact representation of the goods supplied. Whilst we make every effort to ensure the accuracy of product descriptions on our website, they are based upon information supplied by the manufacturer / distributor at the time of publication.
4. All mail order products are insured in transit either by ourselves, or our appointed carrier. Claims for shortages or damage must be notified to us within 24 hours of timed receipt of order.
5. We are unable to replace damaged goods if they have been signed for “Received in Good Condition”. Do not sign until you have verified the condition of the consignment.
6. Retention of goods for a period of seven days or fitment will be taken as acceptance of the above conditions.
7. All goods supplied remain the property of RG Racing, until paid for in full.
8. Carriage Insurance is covered under standard RHA / CMR conditions. If extra insurance is needed then contact RG Racing will provide the details.  We use Royal Mail for small items and selected carriers for the larger orders to the UK ONLY. 
9. For EU countries please email with delivery details and we will give you a quote and an electronic invoice. For EU  deliveries we use Kuehne + Nagel Ltd www.kuehne-nagel.com  For deliveries to the Circuits when the team is attending there is NO DELIVERY CHARGE.

Returns for credit or exchange

1. Where we have correctly supplied a product as ordered, but find it is not the one you really needed, you may return it for exchange. 

2. If you require credit instead of exchange, there is a returns handling charge (usually 15%) to cover administration and stores costs. This charge is waived if the value of the return is offset against another order. 

3. The original invoice must accompany the goods returned and be within 1 month of purchase. Every effort is made to process returns as quickly and efficiently as possible, though in busy periods this could take up to 2 weeks. 

4. Please supply as much information as possible when making a return ie Username, Invoice No, reason for return etc, otherwise a delay may be incurred.

Payment Terms

We have 4 accepted payment Methods.

• Via the "BUY NOW" Button (Credit Cards and PAYPAL)

• Cheque. To RG Racing via POST. 

• Debit Cards or Credit Cards via telesales.

• Cash. (Last Resort in a Registered Envelope)

• For EEC / EU countries please email with delivery details and we will give you a quote and an electronic invoice.

• Out of Stock Items - If you have purchased on line we will refund your payment if we are out of stock or advise a new delivery date.

• Price Fluctuation - Prices can change from day to day. Please check at point of check out that you agree the price.

Prices are very competitive shown on ebay or on the product pages.  P&P will depend on amount ordered. Trade Enquires Welcome.  Any Payment for goods by Cheque will be sent once the payment has cleared. 

Post and Packaging

If using a BUY NOW button p&p is added using the guide below for UK Deliveries. We use Royal Mail for small items and City Link for the larger orders to the UK ONLY MAINLAND ONLY. 

For BT / IOM / IOW and Northern Ireland postcodes please call.

For EU countries please email with delivery details and we will give you a quote. Payment via Debit Card or Invoice Paypal / Worldpay.
